Q: What types of payments are acceptable?
A: You may purchase items using money orders or cashier's checks. For security reasons we cannot accept personal checks from new customers. Orders over $200.00US receive free shipping. You may also pay online with a debit/credit card with the visa, mastercard, or american express logo.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. but you can make orders 24 hours a day!
Q: I live in <insert country here> and would like to purchase from your store. Do you ship internationally?
A: International orders must be over $500.00US. Additionally, you will not receive free shipping on your order and the shipping prices will be higher than on our shipping chart. It may also take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on customs. Gift baskets will not be shipped internationally. Please e-mail us with the items you wish to order and we will be able to tell you the total price. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE STUCK IN CUSTOMS
Q: I know you say international orders have to be $500US but I live right next door to you in Canada. Surely something can be worked out.
Canadian orders do not have a minimum price but orders from Canada will not receive free shipping and the shipping prices will be higher than on our shipping chart. It may take up to 4 weeks to receive your order since it has to make it through customs. Please e-mail us with the items you wish to order and we will tell you the total price. Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?
A: Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order. You should receive your items within 5-10 business days after processing. Online orders submitted after business hours and weekend orders will be processed the following business day. All orders are processed after payment has been received.
Q: Do you have rush delivery available?
A: Yes, but it costs extra. Items with rush delivery requested cannot receive free shipping. Gift baskets may have 3-day and 2nd day delivery options available. Send us an e-mail with the items you wish to purchase with rush delivery and we will give you the total prices.
Q: What time will my item arrive, is there any way to track my order?
A: Yes, you will be e-mailed with your tracking information after the item(s) have been shipped.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: You have a 30-day grace period to ask for refunds. Refunds are only given if the item was broken or the wrong item was sent. Items must be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price (this does not include shipping). You may also request replacement of a damaged item instead of a refund.
Q: I saw an item in your catalog that I wish to purchase but it is not listed on the website. How can I order it?
A: Send us a message via the contact form stating the item number(s) and we will e-mail you with further instructions.
Q: I see that you use paypal to take payments but I do not have a paypal account. Do I have to get one?
A: No, it is not necessary for you to get your own paypal account. Paypal is just our payment processor.
Q: OH MY GOD, I bought a $5 dollar item and the shipping was twice as much! How is this even possible?!?
A: Please be aware that shipping is not based on the quantity of items you order, it is based on the total price of the items. It would take the same amount to ship a $5 dollar item as it would to ship a $35 dollar item. Additionally, orders over $200 will be shipped for free. Shipping is automatically calculated when you go to check out.
